We can always count on Semaria to keep us all in line, and know all the happenings at our Care Center!
The day she joined our team, Semaria knew she belonged. As orientation came to a close, everyone, new team members and current, seemed to mesh perfectly and create an unstoppable team of world-changing ladies. Since then, more amazing individuals have been added and the team has continued to blossom into something wonderful.
One of Semaria’s favorite (or possibly least favorite?) memories occurred during a conference in Clearwater, Florida. During a break between seminars, the team members took a moment to relax on the beach. When Director of Survivor Services Coasy decided to open a snack, the birds did not hesitate to swarm. An innocent bystander, they also went after Semaria as she took off running down the beach. All the while, Executive Director Rachel quickly grabbed her phone to take pictures between fits of laughter.
When she isn’t answering all of our questions, Semaria is always searching for a new adventure. She loves to discover new cultures and places that she can fully immerse herself in.
